hi,
the incident was that the patient was left feeling anxious and alone because important health info wasn't given to the department. so the main issue would be multidisciplinary communication. the second website was useful thanks, iam just lost because there is so much info and i want to keep it as simple as poss so not to confuse things, cheers |
