Hi,
just wondered if any other AP's have the same situation as I do where I work. Quite often in conversations about lunches and rota's etc I am not included as being a 'valid body' or 'member of staff' or even 'non qualified' because I can only undertake certain duties.
However what people fail to see is that the AP's in my department do the lions share of the workload. While a radiographer is doing a 'complicated' examination I can have done three or four.
It seems a little unjust and patronising to me and I wondered what other AP's have to say on the matter.
