Hi Nick,
Could you possibly advise me on this question??
We have a question at Uni concerning exposure factors for Rheumatoid arth and osteoarth to do with manipulating exposure factors.
Now with both you get swelling and effusion so an increase in fluid around the affected area yet loss of bone density - is this correct? In which case how would I manipulate my exp factors?? Would I need to lower my KvP so I don't overpenetratemy or would I need to alter my mAs .....is there a general rule of thumb?? Can't seem to find anything in any literature that clarifies!!
