Site closure

I should like to add my tribute to Gwynne for his dedication in keeping the spirit of Bridgnorth alive on his website.Gwynne has unstintingly given us a quality service when he could so easily have used his time to relax with family and friends.Words of thanks are not enough and so farewell, but just for now. Re: Site closure

I would like to acho the sentiments of others. You have done a grand job with this wonderfully nostalgic site and it is a great shame that it can not be continued. Thanks for all your hard work.
Maybe someday . . . .

Re: Site closure

Thank you Gwynne for all the sterling work and dedication you have lavished on your Bridgnorth site over so many years --- it is so sad to see it go --- it enabled so many ex recruits and permenant staff access to threads, enabling them to trace mates and friends whom they lost contact with over the years --- It is such a disaster that it has to happen, just as the Bridgnorth Vets Association is getting off the ground.
All our Best Wishes Gwynne,
Thanks A Million, and Good Luck for the Future,
Ron and Terry Phillips.

Re: Site closure

If I could award Gwynne the OBE I would do so. He has done a truly magnificent job with his web site which has enabled many RAF veterans (Not just Bridgnorth) to make contact and to show to others that there is good in the world.
Thank you Gwynne.
