I know there are tons linux distro out there. But I was wondering why my favorite linux (I am using bayanihan linux) is not included in the list under DistroWatch. You might want to check the web. Below is the link. http://bayanihan.gov.ph/ Tell me what you think? Hi Noli, Went to your Linux distro's site (http://bayanihan.gov.ph/) and peeked around a bit. There is little info that I could find on apps that are included with this distro. Can you enlighten us? I also checked out your website link, but I guess that it is not configured yet. Please keep us posted! Barney |

Hello there! It's me again passing by at My Post At LINUXSPOT: On BayanihanLinux Distro: I thought having some kind of a Linux attached to a name, a little tweaking to the kernel, took out some signs of RedHat, change something to make it BAYANIHAN LINUX could be considered to be part of the Distro Watch. I guess the developers have some kind of projects which I did not really dig into. I thought you could interpret what the heck they were doing. I am just a regular user. What I did was--download the OS and work with it. On my website: What browser are u using? How does it looked? Hope it doesn't look so bad. In mozilla my site works just fine. In IE looks differrent. However I could not really replicate the original look of the website I was trying do copy which is www.jarlsweb.com (supposed to be for my son's). I still need more CSS skills. Barney |

It's been a while before I visited my linuxspot forum. Been busy lately. Here is what's new. The website I created link before this post is no longer available because i missed up my database...and on the process of updating the CMS I again messed up big time. So I decided to just reinstall a new one. I hope I will not mess up again this time. This is My New Experimental Website. Please tell me what you think... |

Thank's for the comments guys! It helps to boost my moral. Right now I am still on the process to add some interesting thing. I tried some tricks but didn't work. Hope I could find a way to work around with this Content Management Software called mambo. They said it's easy to use but it is not that easy. You have to really spend time to figure out which is which. Of course this is true with all the other softwares. You really have to get the hang of it. But the beauty of learning new things is once you know ur way then it becomes easier. |

I also passed by today because I just changed the template of the forum I am running. If you have time check it out. The template is downloaded from the phpbb site.
