Nadine Sooter
I was looking up family history on the computer and typed in my grandmother Nadine Sooter's name in google search and much to my pleasant surprise I found your website. What an awesome thing you are doing here! Thank you so much. Also I want to let you know that my Aunt Shirley Thomas, Nadine's second youngest passed away from cancer a few months ago. Fred, Nadine was known and loved by most folks in Cardin. Her daughter, Linda has an e-mail address I think, and Dottie lives down there by her somewhere aroung Langley. (but you probably already know that) Thanks for signing on. fredas |

We were talking on the phone when I was looking at your site. She told me to tell you "hi". I sent the link to all of my family. I think they will love to see your site if they don't already know about it. Mom said her e-mail is down and can't figure out how to get it working. They live over by Hammerhead cove outside of Ketchum and Aunt Dottie lives on their old lot about a block away. |

I would imagine everyone who lived in or near Cardin in the '50s heard Nadine play the piano. She played for things at schools, as well as at churches, and a BUNCH of weddings. She was one of my mom's best friends. |

I have a great old picture of her and Grampa (Fred) if you want it I will email it to you. It was from the 60's (I have her piano in my den!) |

I have many fond memories of Nadine Sooter playing the piano for our Christmas programs at Whitebird School, West of Cardin. It was always a real treat when she would come to the play practice and we would all get to sing along with her. ~ Pat |
