I think the only place to which John should move is the Roman Catholic Church. A man of his intellect could build up a powerful amount of Heaven Credits by showing, as Pascal implied, that to be the safest bet.
While catholicfundamentalism.com sort of thinking may not be his cup of tea, the British Isles were better off with that as an underlying philosophy than they are now. |
