I'm quite impressed that the Chilli's have survived the 'soil' so far. Still looking great today though their water consumption has increased in the hothouse utility room. I take that as a positive.
You have picked most of the best bits of the UK on your travels. Other parts are good but those you list tend to offer spectacularly good opportunities. (Although I could skip London without worrying about it.)
It's a long way from the TT but if you could get down to Devon and Cornwall (I guess as a journey no further than the West Cost of Scotland though) on a future trip you will have seen much of the UK's variety.
