Re: piping

Mr. Choudhary,
You must give us more information in order for us to offer comments or help you.
What do you mean you are "preparing column piping"?
If you are not doing the total vessel orientation then I don't see how you could only do the piping. If you are only doing the vessel piping I don't see how someone else could have done the vessel orientation.
Is the vessel orientation already done?
What is vessel orientation?
Vessel orientation, and I mean real vessel orientation includes:
-setting the orientation of all the internals
-locating all the nozzles
-adding all the piping
-adding all the pipe supports
-defining all the loads for all the pipe supports
-adding all the required pipe guides
-locating and sizing all the platforms and all ladders.
If all the above is done in a proper manner then "Preparing column piping" is not clear to me.

Re: piping

Do you mean routing the piping up and down the column?
or
Do you mean routing the piping to and from the column and other equipment?
