Stoneware bowl arrangement

I did up a vintage stoneware bowl this morning! It's filled to the brim! I even used some of the pinecones I got from Crow as part of the ornament swap! I loaded the pic up, go have a peak if you like.

Great job on the bowl, Lynne. I use the pinecones around here, too.....also, pine boughs and some neat red berries that grow near our creek. I don't know what they really are but people up here call them winterberries cuz they're the only red in the woods in the winter.

Those berries sound neat Crow! I have the rest of the pinecones nestled in an old crock, mixed in with some others that I had! They look great!

Re: Stoneware bowl arrangement

Thanks girls! I did add a small bunch of sweet annie to it, after I posted the pic. You, know, that's my favorite new decoration item ... sweet annie! I love the stuff, smells so nice, and adds just that nice little touch! I've put some in old jugs, tied some raffia around them, and voila, instant display!
Anyone else use sweet annie?

Hi Lynne, I have seen it but do not know where it buy it..it sound perfect!!
When I was last at the dollar store they had cinnamon fern, it was large, fan shaped, twiggie things, they scented up the whole store. The lady said they never lose the scent and it they start to fade, just put them in a steamy bathroom and they smell strong again...have you ever used these?
I was going to get one but hubby did not seenm to keen on the idea...sigh...

Never seen that stuff Terrie! Sounds neat! The sweet annie that I bought was from Ebay - there are several sellers. I buy the preserved stuff, as it's supposed to last longer than the regular dry stuff.
