On with 2008....

I hope everyone is recuperated from all the goings on of the last few weeks. The holidays were really fun this year but I'm glad to get back to "normal"(whatever that is!).
Firstly, I have to try to get all the sugar out of my system. We've eaten SO much of it. I tried to get rid of lots of it yesterday! After only about 3hrs. sleep, it was sort of a eat junk, take a nap, eat more junk, take another nap kind of day. It's a new year and I have some goals for my self....but NO resolutions. My biggy is depackratting. I do really well on the reading how to do it part but I know all that
already. Wish me luck, gals.

Don't you just love the fresh start feeling a new year brings. What "lofty" plans do the rest of you have?

No lofty plans here. I just want a healthier year for my family than last year was. I plan to try to exercise more and eat healthier, but that is pretty much every year!!!! Just try and be a better person all the way around. That is pretty lofty when I think about it!!!!LOL, Anyways Happy New Year 2008!!!!

Nothing too much here either.Same ole thing eat healthier and exercise..HAH I do usually eat healthy but exercise, probaly will not happen LOL.I figure that if I mention it that sometime I will actually do it..HAHAHA

Yep!! I agree...first thing...get all that sugar out of the system! I hear you on that!! And out of my kids' system! I haven't seen and eaten so much food in a long time! Now, it's time to get back on track! I'm w/ you on the decluttering...let's do it! I got my pantry cleaned out, which was a total disaster! Now I just need to keep going. Exercise...hmm...what's that? LOL Yes, that's what I need to get back into doing...let's go girls!!!

Oh yeah, I hear you girls! I'm in the same boat ... eat healthier, and exercise more. I've made it my mission to take a walk every day, so far so good! The dog loves it too!
