I'm so excited!!
Believe it or not, Sir Elton John is coming to play a concert in our little town of 140,000!!!  We couldn't believe it when they announced he was doing 2 concerts in all of Canada, and our town was one of them, don't ask me why they picked us, but our city has just been buzzin'! Anyway, tickets went on sale on Friday at 10am, and of course several of us were trying to get some. I was unsuccessful, however, a good friend of mine was, youpee!! I have just received my pair of tickets, I am ecstatic!! The concert is on Sunday March 2, so less than a month away ... Anyone else an Elton John fan??

I am an Elton John fan, you are very lucky to be going. Please enjoy the show!!! I hear he puts on a wonderful concert. It will be a once in a lifetime experience. |

Yes, it's definitely a once in a lifetime experience, I can't wait to see him. It's also just him and his piano, no band. So it should be very nice, Elton John, unplugged!! I'll be sure to post and let you all know how it went Wow, 300 is definitely small Nadine!! You really do live in the boonies!! LOLOL My hometown was only 5,000, and I thought that was small ... guess not compared to you!
