Hydo's Bad Knee
I had a phone call from Steve Hyde on Tuesday to say Hydo had gone in for planned surgery to remove some loose cartilage in his Knee (for those that don't know Hydo was out for over a year after an op on his knee & has not long returned to the team). Everyone was expecting the latest op to be straight forward & for Hydo to be back within 6 weeks, however they found a rip in his cartilage which they have had to drill. Hydo was told that he cannot now walk for 2 weeks & that he will be out for a further 6 months. Myself & Ginge went to see him on Saturday & he is in good mood. I'm sure all the club & particularly the lads & coaches from the u15's wish hydo a speedy recovery. |
