Message:   Since Biggles brought up gravy I just have to add that bacon is the object of my greatest affection. Sure I love sausages but that smell of bacon cooking is pure deliciousness.

Tonight I made a braised tofu and shiitake mushroom dish that was the most meaty dish without any meat in it. But as it good as it tasted, it didn't make my mouth water like a coupla strips of bacon...
