Message:   Ya know, we don't have any salad dressing in the fridge. Haven't for years. It's too easy to make our own. Here it is and it is very good:

1/4 cup highest quality olive oil
1 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
a pinch of dried mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Adjust all ingredients to taste

The sugar is the secret ingredient.
