Friday the 13th
Word on the street is that Horspath Cricket Club will be taking over Thame town centre for one night only on the Friday 13th October (well i say one night only, but weve done this for the last 2 cherwell presentations as well!!).Friday 13th is usually known to be an unlucky date. Lets hope that we are lucky enough for (a)Penner not to turn up. (b)the league have got enough trophies for ALL of our players. (c)Robbie behaves (again doubtful) (d)Penner doesnt start fighting 10yr old kids outside the kebab van again who are just spending their £3 a week pocket money (e)kelloways voice breaks (f)There is enough tables and chairs for all of us (g)Cooky brings some money....owing 30 weeks of tea money, both sats and suns, Penner £30 for his fines, Easons, Thompsons, Creeds etc bed + breakfast money, Manger, Easons, Creeds, Penner petrol money, I could go on forever here!!!! And finally (h) CAPS LOCK ON ON PURPOSE HERE, THIS IS LADS, AND I REPEAT LADS ONLY. Thankyou...thankyou very much. P.S. Its team-birds (Rob, Penner, Cooky) birthday party so the cherwell league after party will continue at the snooker club. Love it!!! Nuff said!! |
