1. Could you please type the actual questions as I don't understand which one you are referring to. 2. Analog shows continous variation and so represents an infinite number of possible values whilst digital has a fixed number of possible values. (in class I gave the example of the clock with the minute, hour and second hand and the digital clock) 3. 2 State electronic devices are digital devices which have 2 stable states, the fact that they are electronic in fact means that they are machines which work without moving parts. 4. Symbol of and gate, its truth table and expression eg. C= A.B. Like the one we did in class recently, we wrote a note about and gates, or gates and not gates however I'm not sure if you were present. If you weren't PLEASE come and ask me when you have your orals. 5. Duties of personnel - no longer in Form 3 syllabus. 6. Utilities : this was easy : defrag, scandisk, virusscan etc. 7. May be on the slower device eg printer. Refr notes on input and output devices. 8. Because the printer is very slow and so the CPU simply puts a print job on the buffer so it doesn't have to wait for the pritner to finish. In this way the CPU is free to do other things while the printer is printing. 9. No, no need to do things like gotoxy and textcolor etc? 10. Label, function/formula, value Keep on working hard Alan and contact me when you need help Regards Ms Galea |
