Bob Dylan Bootleg LP no title white cover yellow label only side one, side two

Does anyone know what kind of Bob Dylan bootleg LP this is ?
The cover is plain white, no text,
The label on the LP is yellow, only saying, side one, side two in black
5 tracks on side A, 7 tracks on side B
Side A starts with two live tracks, the first one being: I threw it all away (never heard that version before), the second track unknown.
The other tracks are studio tracks. 5th one side A: Idiot wind. All the studio tracks are to my opinion alternate takes, different from the regular albums.
Side B opens with Tangled Up In Blue and ends with It's all over now baby blue (7th track).
Can anyone tell me what bootleg this is and please give me a list of all the tracks...........
Is it common not to put a title, artist, songs on the LP? Is it rare ?
Thank you,
Gerard
