Ally's Memorial Website Message Forum

This message forum is dedicated in memory of my daughter, Ally, who took her life on July 6, 2006.  Its main purpose is to discuss the topics of mental illness, depression, and suicide in an effort to better understand the nature of these devastating illnesses.  Those of you who knew Ally; those of you who suffer from depression or mental illness; or those of you who are survivors, please feel free to share your ideas and thoughts.  All intellectual ideas and thoughts are welcomed, especially those pertaining to improving our mental health system in the state of California.
