ES & Zona's great grandson has arrived and is doing good. ES called me about 6:30 this afternoon but could not talk much. Mother and Baby are fine, ES is worn out. They made two trips to Gulf Shores for the event. I hope they will stay down there tonight but doubt it as ES is like Ed and wants to sleep in his own bed. I will let ES fill us in on the details if he can get his head to quit swelling. Proud Dad and grandparents are beaming with joy.....Trish & Ed
That's EXACTLY the way I feel, Trish. As much as I enjoyed being with all of you, being away from MY bed, etc., for a whole WEEK was VERY hard on me. As I know I've said before, things just are a LOT different when you get older. It's fine to say "You shouldn't be that way!" but YOU ARE, and there's nothing you can do about it!
Yes, they are on their way back to Butler. Just talked to Zona, you could hear the pride in her voice. She said he looked just like his Dad did when he was born, black hair and all. ES has taken 3 disk of pictures. This baby will be loved, loved and loved. So proud for them. Bet ES will post when he gets back home. This is God's way of telling us to keep on dreaming, planning and doing his will, it's worth it. May God Bless this little family...Trish
