Ivy, went to the Comer/Verbena game Friday night. Verbena 12, Comer 0. Not sure what I saw. Lots of errors on Comers part. Several fumbles from snap in the shotgun and dropped passes. However, not sure how much they wanted to show in a practice game with Childersburg coming up this week. Have not seen the Sylacauga score from Thursday night but was told it was Hueytown 7, Sylacauga 3. Again, remember it was only a practice game. Hope to see you at one of the games this weekend. Be careful coming down.
