Thanks so much to both of you. WE have been friends for along time haven't we.
We finally got some rain this morning and it cooled things off some. WE have had 100 plus degrees for about 10-12 days. Everything here is dead or dying. Our grass is brown. The pool has even been too hat to get in, but we did anyway. We saw a cornfield raised to gas etc, and it was completely burned up. It has been over a month since we had any rain.We do thank the Good Lord for it.

Happy Birthday to you Pat. I am late as we had internet problems all day yesterday and I am just now getting some of my messages. Yes the Lord has been good to me also. He let me survive Cancer, 16 years age and I am grateful to him for everday. I have a beautiful family, If you were close by I would just happen to have pictures, Ha!
I'm late Charlotte, but happy birthday...just now getting over my trip to Alabama, two reunions in one day on Saturday and then two nights with Donald Stephens and I am just 'wore out'. We're suposed get rain today,,80% chance they say but right now the sun is blazing. Say Hi to the old man for me.
Thanks Horace. It is never too late. WE are finally getting some rain for the first time since the first week in June. It has rain off and on real ggod for the last two days. Jim is a a church meeting but will tell him hello for you when he gets home.
