Marilyn, you would have loved it this year..Becky, Patsy and Foozy did a bang up job...and the food was out of this world....No soggy mater samiges though I had to wait until I got to my other friends house in Moody before I got one....thought about you while I ate it with my cold glass of tea...Ol' Don fed us good at his house but offered on soggies...he did take us to his favorite restaurant, Diamond Lil's in Talladega for breakfast on Sunday but stuck me with the check, embarrased his wife but wouldn't have it any other way. Seriously had a wonderful time with him and Rita as always...She's been good for him.
Have heard so many good things about the reunion this year...thanks for keeping me in the loop. Ivy's sister moved away from Sylacauga that week and I was really down in the dumps for fear I had lost out for sure with her not giving me reports of the local happenings.
Now it is really considered successful when every call, email, facebook and connection posting is positive...I love that.
Feel good knowing you finally had a "soggy" and that you thought of my taste buds while enjoying it.
