I plan to watch the TV version of the Democratic Convention. Horace will most likely be in the front row,since he lives in the backyard of Charlotte.

Wonder what their answer to Clint Eastwood will be? A lot of folks wonder what their answer to Mitt Romney will be!

I wish Neil Armstrong could have died at a better time. He has been eclipsed by the Conventions. Have you noticed John Glenn and Neil Armstrong were from Ohio? Ohio has produced some notables,even the Smuckers!

I'll be watching also, of course --- until, that is, I hear the key words:

"....THE NEXT PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES..."

Then I'm going to switch over to Turner Classics and watch "Dumb and Dumber."
