I have used DS for sialograms and dacrocystograms (very low frame rate followed by pixel-shift manipulation to sharpen the images)

So I take it you probably can use a similar technique for pain clinic (nerve block) injections - using contrast - is that what you are referring to? If so I can't see the point if it going to increase dose as well. Please give more information.
