Who owns the copyright of images, esp in the UK
My interpretation of the DOH guidelines is this

Images on xeay2000 can be used for non profit making use for free

If an image has a copyright note or a symbol of origin then it is up to the user to seek permission to use it

Hopefully all images on xray2000 are fully anonymous - if you find an image with ant patient data on it let me know ASAP so I can remove it.
