Wired is reporting an interesting little tale of why the newest cholesterol drugs isn't working.
Me thinks that they need to real Sorry and Epi and they might get closer to reality. What they miss in the story is that the premise that cholesterol is bad for us was completely faulty.
What they miss is how many people live with the deadly activities with no apparent problem.
I had a problem with high cholesterol, and solved it quite nicely by taking a capsule of red yeast rice once a day.
Quite cheap, and zero side effects.
Statins are good for short-term memory loss...
On the other hand, I don't want short term memory loss!
