Re: ORIGINAL '69 124AC Coupe, 39k, dry stored 40yrs out of 47

Done. The ebay auction went to £2611, no sale, didn't reach the £5000 reserve, agreed £3750 + £1340 for parts with the highest bidder and the whole lot's now with an enthusiastic Italian (owns Ferrari, UT, Strada 130, Delta Integrale) in Cardiff!

So I think this should be a data-point to move the standard Classic Car price guides for old Fiats up a bit - they don't seem to have been updated for years.

Still got the Uno 70SX to sell.

And my Punto mk1 Cabrio keeper is almost ready to roll (again), with 1386 block under the standard mk1 top end, ECU etc. 2 trips up the track before latest problem appeared - very eager, and just takes off at 5000 - a true driver's Fiat.

Correction - £3750 + £1050 for parts

Tom

Posted soon after you welcoming your good news re: your 124.

For some reason the post never arrived.

You will be sad to see the car go but it will open up other opportunities.
