Fiat 127 1049ccm sport V.S Lancia Y10 turbo

Hi.. can any one tell me the diference between the Weber 30/32 DMTR used on the lancia Y10 turbo and the one used on the 127 sport..?

AFAIK the 127 Sport used a 34DMTR

What is the difference then between those..? Other than the diameter..?
