I have just bought a 2012 Fiat 500 pop (1.2)
It has start/stop but I cant figure out if it has hill start assist.

can anyone help?

On my previous S/S 500, the hill hold did NOT operate with S/S switched on.

Try switching S/S off and stop on a hill, then pull away. Hill hold should work if the ESP package is fitted.
