Is Bourne End in Bucks too far from you (near to High Wycombe)? If not, try Tony Elder at Bourne End Garage. He's been working on Fiat's since they were new in the 70's - he's not a 130 specialist but a great "old fashioned" proper mechanic with a great deal of Fiat experience. 01628 533236.
