The old Fiat 124 will come to the end of the line sometime this year. What I mean is the 45 years of this old Fiat design and latterly the Lada Riva variant a Fiat USSR deal of many years ago. This old design reached the UK with a horrible engine and was cheap as chips this side and that side of the "iron curtain". A staggering statistic is that 800,000 were built and sold in Russia during 2008! ..............Rest in peace you old bucket
Its replacement is something called the Granta which is made by the Renault/Nissan owned company Dacia................... Useless information time, there is a river in Cambridgeshire called the Granta, apparently its slowly running dry........
