DVLA have jsut sent me the paperwork confirming my Fiat 1100d was first Uk registered March 1960.

Earlier paperwork (-now not included) said the car had been manufactured 3 years prior - UK registered secondhand,but no further specifics

There's a reasonable chance it was therefore manufactured pre1960 -how do I find out (to Doovla's satisfaction) if my car can be exempted- or not?
