Coach Lazor steps down at Chestnut Ridge

Greg Lazor and I go back a long way, so this was a sad story to write. He's done an unbelievable job of turning Chestnut Ridge into one of the best programs in the state. Best of luck to him with the softball program and hope he gets to spend some more time with his family. You can read my story below:

Re: Coach Lazor steps down at Chestnut Ridge

Another terrific article about a great wrestling and family man. Much like the article several weeks ago about Coach Marko. Great writer and passionate about your subjects.

This will only strengthen Ridge. They love the coach and know he will always be there. They also know that LHAC dominance remains for the foreseeable future.

Only caution to the Lions from Best Way Pizza is we will probably get an internal candidate to assume this leadership role. There are many good ones. But please everyone get behind and support whoever it is. Sometimes even the easiest transitions can cause sensitivity issues.

Go Lions (sorry Toppers and Rangers)—- you guys aren’t quite there yet LOL
