We need to close the books on the Regatta including the reception immediately. If you spent money on either of these events whether on a club credit card or of your own funds the receipt including an explanation of the expense must be turned in by Saturday 8-14. You can put it in the treasure’s box. After that date we will assume it was a donation and close the books. Thirty days is plenty of time to get receipts in. It has been almost 6 weeks since Regatta and we are missing receipts and explanations including credit card charges that we can’t properly account for.
