We are currently planning the Ladies Party to be held Oct 1st. This is an annual event that requires much planning and preparation. This years invitations have been sent out and are based on the previous years of participants.
We are counting on our members to help us make the party fun and successful!
Wednesday AUG 25th at 630pm we are having a meeting and need all volunteers possible to attend. This meeting is to inform everyone what has been done so far, what still needs to be done before AND during the party as well as what needs to be done when the party is over.
We also need a volunteer as Chairperson for this year and years to follow if this party is to continue in the future.

When you receive your invitation it must be returned by the deadline. If you will NOT be attending, there is a note enclosed in each invitation with phone numbers on it to call and notify us. Thank you.
