Friday I work until 4pm. I am available all day and night Saturday, Sunday and Monday and willing to do anything to help.

The Vice, Rick Liberty will need help in the kitchen saturday nigth and sunday nigth for the dinners. Also, we have bands Friday, Satuday and Sunday and the barternders will need some help bar backing (restocking/ice) at nigth as well.

I hope I don’t sound too stupid here, but do I need to schedule with someone or just show up at a certain time and let them know I am there to help?

Not a stuipd question at all, no need to sign up with anyone. Dinners start at 5:30 so typically show up a hour or so before that to the kitchen and let them know you will help out. They will need help with getting ready and then serving during and clean up after. If you have a spouse they can help as well, as spouses can do 10 of your 20 required work hours.
