Everyone has been doing a great job in getting new members for our club. However, there have been some minor problems with the information on the applications being either missing or illegible. It makes it difficult for me to contact new applicants when I don't have or cannot read the name, address, and/or telephone numbers.
Sponsors:
Please ensure that the information on the application is completed LEGIBLY and all the necessary information is filled out, especially the NAME, ADDRESS, and TELEPHONE number. Please have two officers or directors sign the application. Deposit the SECOND copy of the application form with any payment in the TREASURER'S mail box and the FIRST copy in the MEMBERSHIP box. No part of a completed application should be behind the bar. The bottom of the application directs where the copies are to go.

Please peruse the application before signing it to ensure that all information is on the application, that the writing is legible, and that the sponsor is a member in good standing of SBC.
