Good morning Swan Members
I'm excited to let you know there is still time for your children and grandchildren to sign up for the FREE Halloween party Friday night. We have lots of prizes for the children.
The party is planned as follows:
When the children arrive, we will have chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese and juice boxes ready for them. While they eat, we have a movie it's the Great pumpkin Charlie Brown to show them. After the movie they will be doing trunk or treat in the Pavilion. (WE NEED ADULTS TO PASS OUT CANDY TO THEM FOR TRUNK OR TREAT....tables will be set up that you can decorate for this part). We will bring the children back into the dining room to participate in several games where they will win tickets. The tickets will allow them to go shopping and pick out the items they want from our prize selections. Once they have picked out all their prizes, we will serve them Jello (with gummy worms) and Halloween cupcakes for dessert.
A lot of planning goes in to make this a successful party for the children. We will be making follow-up calls to make sure no one gets left out.
If your children were at the Easter egg hunt and Easter party we are looking forward to seeing them at the kids Halloween party.

Vice Commodore Chris has changed this party to a FREE event. (He will refund all money that's already been paid)
