Just a reminder that the bottom of the new membership applications indicate where the copies go (as follows):
1st copy Membership Mailbox.
2nd copy Treasurer's mailbox with payment attached (cash or check).
3rd copy Posted on the clip board on the wall next to the stairwell.
4th copy Given to applicant for his/her receipt of payment.
Also, please check that the information on the application is legible. I have had several that I could not read the telephone numbers and/or last names. That makes it extremely difficult to contact the applicant.
