I've found a NOS white 85 Judge F/F, serial 105, it is chromed under the white.
I can see the chrome in the BB and on the fork stem tube.
I've been told that Hutch paint them when they weren't satisfied of the chrome, and that chrome Judges had a special name, but i've never seen chrome Judge in 85.
I've seen them in 86, but were they still Americans

Serial # 105 is rare VERY ONLY 1 bike of each line (trckstar, judge, hollywood) 105 means 1 of 5 there is 1 trickstar, 1 judge, 1 hollywood u c your bike was a "benchmark" had 2 have been originally chrome and never meant 2 b white this white color???? Chrome originally im certain

where do you get that info?
serials beginning with 105 are not rare at all!
I supose his white Judge with chrome under was maybe chromed orginaly to paint it after in candy blue or candy red.
I've candy color Hutch bars, NOS, and thay are painted over chrome.

Unfortunately 85' Hutch Candy apple weren't paint on chrome but on raw steel.
Have you eard about the "The Legend Series"?
I've been told that it was 85' chrome Judge F/F, but rapidly abandoned.
