I needed some help. I found what is claimed to be an early 80's pro-star for sale. It has red decals, and bent forks. I requested more photos, but is there any info out there on a Hutch Pro-star configured like this. Also claimed to be U.S. made 123 serial#.

Never seen a Pro Star with red decals, even not any orginal Hutch with red decals.
You could buy aftermarket decals for Hutch Pro Racers in red.
If the bike has all the orginal Hutch parts on it, then it could be a Pro Star.
Pro Star frames didn't excist, it was a complete Hutch bike, using a Pro or Expert Racer frame, with all the Hutch parts on it.
