Ears, I have already told you once before that there were 2 Buddy Pates. The other Buddy Pate was a stocky, ugly lineman for SHS and finished at SHS in 56. He went to Jax State.

Actually, the guy's real name was Billy Pate.

I last saw him in the early 60's in a small town in Germany. He was on a football team (in the Army) and traveling around playing.

There was another fellow from Sylacauga w/him (don't remember his name). We invited them home for dinner and I've never seen anyone eat as much at them!!
