That must be some of the worst **** i have ever seen,he can draw a bit !! but tattoo he cant.
He should shut the shop up before he destroys and more lives.

you can only regulate their shops for hygene etc.. but how can you regulate the work. its like barbers, builders, mechanics etc some are good some are bad.
customers need educating to go to good studios but more often they go to the cheapest.
