Guests registrations will begin on October 01, 2016 on the hotel's web site. Room Rates @ $119.00 and guests will register direct with the hotel.
the room rate will include free Breakfast, two free drinks of your choice 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm and free milk n cookies for bed time.
Registration Friday afternoon, Sept 29, 2017, and an evening meal will be served. An open mic and time for renewing acquaintances will follow the meal. Saturday morning a business meeting will be held. Saturday afternoon and evening will be free time. Memorial Service on Sunday morning and the 25th Celebration Banquet on Sunday night. Departure on Monday morning or whenever you like as room rates are open 3 days before and 3 days afterward.
The hotel is conveniently located to G.W. Bush Library, SMU, shopping, restaurants and public transportation, shuttle service to Love Field and locally within three miles.
Plenty of attractions including the Great State Fair of Texas.
