Ed Payne handles much of the communication to and from the clubs regarding many topics from and to AYC. He also maintains the club events on the AYC site.
Ed sent an email to his distribution list on July 12th at 9:39am asking for one response per club. I will provide the response for Swan members. The subject of the email is fixing the email distribution he maintains.
If you want to be on distribution for Ed’s AYC communication:
1) if you received his email on the 12th do nothing
2) if you didn’t receive his email call me after checking your spam and junk mail boxes so I can have your correct email added
3) if you received multiple copies call me so we can get him the correct contact information
If you don’t want to receive Ed’s AYC communication:
1) if you didn’t receive the email do nothing
2) if you did receive it call me so I can have your email removed.
If you want to contact Ed with an update for the AYC website or asking him to communicate to all the clubs his correct email is editor25@comcast.net.
