Good Afternoon Swan members. Just a heads up we changed a dock rule last meeting regarding storage. We are going to start allowing limited winter/summer trailer storage in the parking lot. You have to have a contract signed before bringing anything down. See below for details. If this becomes a problem it will be removed.
1. Members of Swan Boat Club or visiting members of the boat clubs may park vehicles in the parking lot.
A. Boat trailers
B. Live-in trailers
C. Storage of trailers, RV’S and Boats past 3 days
The privilege will be limited to three (3) days at a time. Members wanting to store anything past the 3-days must contact the Dock Master and Rear Commodore. The member must fill out a Storage Contract and show proof of insurance to be put on file. The fee will be 1 dollar per actual linear foot per month. This storage is at the owner’s risk. The use of hitch lock or wheel locks are recommended.
2. Approval and location for parking of trailers and motor homes must be obtained from the Dock Master and Rear Commodore, prior to parking.
