Dock fees must be paid in full by April 1st.

Article 4, Section 4a

Dock fees are to be determined by the Board of Directors. All current members renting docks must make a deposit on their dock by 10:00pm on January 31st of the present year. All new dock members renting or leasing shall furnish proof of liability insurance, along with their deposit, upon dock assignment. Any member not owning a boat at the time of dock assignment must show proof of insurance prior to docking the boat at the club. All resident dock members shall show proof of liability insurance within fifteen (15) days of their policy expiration date. All dock fees must be paid in full by April 1st, of the same year. Failure to comply with the aforementioned requirements will result in loss of deposit and dock rights and said dock to revert to the club for re-renting or leasing.
