got a question about a hutch windstlyer i just came across. atleast i think thats what it is. it has the hutch brake bridge on it but a sticker on the forks that says PEREGRINE. The idea number is M5-G4356. Can anyone help me figure this out?

where can i get a hutch judge bike,red.i had one back in the day.lookin for a pair of blue bullseye hubs,or pill wood hubs.i thank you for some info.
