i have a Second version which has no serial numbers and the name Hutch was stamped into the brake bridge in the western style font (82-83). which made me british no 1 back in 1986. is it worth any thing if i restore it

sure it's worth saving your old Hutch.
it was your own bike first of all and that will bring up some good memories.
but nowdays people like Hutch because it's a collectors item and want it because it's worth some cash.
for me it's all about the memories and the good old time ;-)
